In an Writ Petition filed by Mangal Singh related to Uttar Pradesh BTC 2010 result declaration, Court on Monday granted one month time for Result compilation and declaration. Allahabad bench of High Court scheduled next hearing date on 20/12/2012. Opposite party stataed that 54 districts out of 62 have forwarded practical exam marks of 4th semester of BTC 2010 batch, remaining 8 districts have not yet forwarded the marks therefore result could not be declared till now.
